The kitchen renovation was extremely necessary to make it live-able space. But once done, the update added value aesthetic appeal to the house once again!
To update and modernize the bathrooms, they needed to be ripped out down to the studs and fully rebuilt. The end result was a gorgeous new bathroom!
Curbside Appeal is huge for selling a property. I'm happy to tackle any small odd jobs like pressure washing that can dramatically improve curb appeal!

It's a well known fact that hurricanes create havoc in the lowcountry. When these storms do damage, I jump in and help with the cleanup! I will even check on your home when those random freezing weather fronts come through and make sure water is running and your pipes don’t burst.
For my out of town clients that need help selling their homes but don’t have the ability or contacts to perform maintenance and general upkeep I am more than happy to go above and beyond most agents in the area and will do these little jobs to help sell for the highest price.
